ID Requirement Policy
For security purposes, all guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID with an address upon check-in. Indonesian citizens may present a National ID Card (KTP) or Driver’s License (SIM), while international guests are required to present a valid passport. A secure copy of the document will be made for hotel records.

Usage of Camera and Photography / Videography Equipment Policy
In our commitment to ensuring an exclusive and private sanctuary for our guests and staff, unauthorized photography and filming are prohibited. We kindly ask that professional cameras and drones not be operated on hotel grounds. Commercial media requests are subject to review and require prior written consent and formal agreement from hotel leadership.
