Hotel Standard Policies
Check-in/Check-Out timing
Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
Please note that a deposit is required upon check-in, unless alternative arrangements are specified in your confirmation voucher.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled or modified without penalty up to five days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations received within this five-day window will be subject to a fee equal to the first night's room rate and taxes. Should a guest fail to arrive without prior notification (No Show), the full amount of the confirmed stay will be charged to the credit card provided.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts are subject to availability and are not permitted during high-occupancy periods. The following additional charges apply for extended departures:
- 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM: 30% of daily room rate
- 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM: 50% of daily room rate
- After 6:00 PM: Full daily room rate
Early Arrival Policy
To ensure your room is ready for an early morning arrival, we highly recommend securing your reservation from the night before. Should you choose not to pre-book, our team will make every effort to accommodate an early check-in, subject entirely to room availability upon your arrival.
Smoking Policy
For the comfort and health of our guests, the hotel maintains a smoke-free indoor environment. Smoking is limited exclusively to designated outdoor areas. We kindly remind guests that a penalty of IDR 2,000,000 will be charged to the room account if smoking occurs inside a non-smoking guest room.
Facility Use Policy
Access to our recreational facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, is reserved for guests aged 17 and above. Guests under 17 must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Please note that guests utilise these facilities at their own risk and are presumed medically fit to do so. For detailed safety guidelines, please contact the hotel directly.
Interconnecting Room Policy
Requests for adjacent or interconnecting rooms are subject to availability. While these requests should be noted at the time of reservation, they can only be confirmed upon check-in. Please note that all specific room allocations are subject to availability on your scheduled day of arrival.
Visitor Policy
A maximum of two visitors are permitted in guest rooms until 10:00 PM. Only guests registered with the hotel at check-in are permitted to stay overnight. Registering additional overnight guests requires a valid photo ID and is subject to extra occupancy charges.
ID Requirement Policy
For security purposes, all guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID with an address upon check-in. Indonesian citizens may present a National ID Card (KTP) or Driver’s License (SIM), while international guests are required to present a valid passport. A secure copy of the document will be made for hotel records.
Usage of Camera and Photography / Videography Equipment Policy
In our commitment to ensuring an exclusive and private sanctuary for our guests and staff, unauthorized photography and filming are prohibited. We kindly ask that professional cameras and drones not be operated on hotel grounds. Commercial media requests are subject to review and require prior written consent and formal agreement from hotel leadership.
