Room Policies
- To ensure guest comfort and strictly comply with emergency safety regulations, the hotel does not provide and does not permit the addition of extra beds, rollaway beds, or personal floor mattresses/sleeping bags of any kind inside the room.
- All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside the room will result in a professional cleaning and restoration penalty of IDR 2,000,000.
- Maximum room capacity is strictly limited to 2 adults. Children under 5 years old may sleep free using the existing bed configuration (maximum 1 child per room).
- A maximum of 2 visitors per room are allowed until 10:00 PM. Visitors are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum to respect the comfort of other guests on the floor.
- Unregistered outside visitors are strictly prohibited from staying overnight. Any additional overnight guest must register at the Front Desk with a valid photo ID and will be subject to extra occupancy charges.
- Room allocations, including adjacent or interconnecting rooms, are subject to availability upon check-in and cannot be fully guaranteed prior to arrival.
